Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and quality-compliant processing and coordination of import and export orders
  • Record orders electronically and prepare shipping reports
  • Prepare freight cost calculations, long-term supplier declarations, and issue invoices for shipping orders
  • Comply with national and international legal requirements as well as internal and customer-specific regulations
  • Act as an interface to other departments and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Handle administrative tasks such as monthly reporting
  • Support the execution of inventory processes

 

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in logistics or alternatively as an industrial clerk, with at least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
  • Solid knowledge of customs regulations
  • Experience in import and export services
  • Strong service orientation and commitment to quality
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Process understanding, cross-functional thinking, and advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for the CH–FR region
  • Further expand and strengthen existing customer relationships

  • Acquire new clients, conduct sales negotiations, and monitor sales and revenue performance

  • Regular travel within the CH–FR sales territory (approx. 50%)

  • Confident negotiation skills and a strong service orientation

Your Responsibilities

  • Support our customers in close collaboration with the Sales/Key Account Manager for France and the French-speaking region of Switzerland
  • Prepare customer quotations, including subsequent invoice verification
  • Enter and track orders through to delivery in coordination with the logistics department
  • Coordinate, plan, manage, and monitor customer projects
  • Assist the Sales/Key Account Manager in acquiring new customers
  • Review production samples and manage sample shipments to customers
  • Perform administrative tasks within the ERP system

 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration
  • Solid professional experience in sales and/or project management
  • Confident negotiation skills and a strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office; initial experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluent in German, with good written and spoken English and French skills
  • Basic technical understanding and strong analytical thinking
