Part-time Accountant (m/f/d) – 20 – 30 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
Posting and processing financial transactions
Managing payment processes
Reconciling accounts and clarifying discrepancies
Maintaining and updating master data

Profile:

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting/finance
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting required
Proficient in common accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Strong team spirit and high level of trustworthiness
Good German language skills, both written and spoken

Client Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Support our customers in close collaboration with the Sales/Key Account Manager for France and the French-speaking region of Switzerland
Prepare customer quotations, including subsequent invoice verification
Enter and track orders through to delivery in coordination with the logistics department
Coordinate, plan, manage, and monitor customer projects
Assist the Sales/Key Account Manager in acquiring new customers
Review production samples and manage sample shipments to customers
Perform administrative tasks within the ERP system

Profile

Completed commercial training or degree in business administration
Solid professional experience in sales and/or project management
Confident negotiation skills and a strong customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach
Proficient in MS Office; initial experience with ERP systems is a plus
Fluent in German, with good written and spoken English and French skills
Basic technical understanding and strong analytical thinking
