Lead Project Manager (m/f/d)
to join our team at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
As Lead Project Manager (m/f/d):
- Development and continuous optimization of processes and structures in close collaboration with senior management
- Professional development, coaching, and support of highly motivated Project Managers
- Operational support and solution-oriented consulting for Project Managers handling projects across Europe and Asia
As Project Manager (m/f/d):
- Responsibility for key client accounts in close cooperation and coordination with Sales / Key Account Management
- End-to-end project ownership, including coordination, planning, control, and monitoring of projects
- Preparation of customer quotations in close alignment with internal stakeholders
- Order processing and tracking through to delivery, in coordination with the Logistics department, including invoice review
- Ordering, inspection, and shipment of samples to customers
- Archiving and documentation of samples
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training; a supplementary degree in business administration is an advantage
- Approximately three years of professional experience in sales and project management, including solid leadership experience in team management
- Strong negotiation skills combined with a pronounced service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, confident and professional demeanor, as well as creativity paired with representative, solution-focused thinking
- Proficient in MS Office; initial experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills; additional languages, such as French, are desirable but not mandatory
