Quality Assurance Specialist Europe (m/f/d)

 

Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

  • Conduct statistical quality inspections according to AQL standards for internally and externally manufactured products, raw materials, and semi-finished goods; evaluate, approve, or reject products based on inspection results
  • Prepare and inspect production samples in accordance with defined specifications
  • Create, maintain, and file AQL inspection reports and other quality-related documentation
  • Maintain inspection instructions, testing procedures, and quality checklists

Complaint Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze and communicate quality deviations to the relevant departments
  • Support root cause analyses and problem-solving activities
  • Participate in special inspections as well as corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure sustainable quality improvements

International Collaboration

  • Conduct and support training sessions on quality requirements, inspection methods, and customer standards
  • Serve as a contact person for quality-related questions within an international manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or completed technical/commercial vocational training; alternatively, relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, AQL inspections, and quality documentation; basic knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of the paper and packaging industry and its quality requirements is an advantage
  • Fluent German language skills; good written and spoken English skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with a strong sense of quality
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel at least 50%

Client Project Manager (m/f/d)

 

Responsibilities

  • Support our customers in close collaboration with the Sales/Key Account Manager for France and the French-speaking region of Switzerland
  • Prepare customer quotations, including subsequent invoice verification
  • Enter and track orders through to delivery in coordination with the logistics department
  • Coordinate, plan, manage, and monitor customer projects
  • Assist the Sales/Key Account Manager in acquiring new customers
  • Review production samples and manage sample shipments to customers
  • Perform administrative tasks within the ERP system

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration
  • Solid professional experience in sales and/or project management
  • Confident negotiation skills and a strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office; initial experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluent in German, with good written and spoken English and French skills
  • Basic technical understanding and strong analytical thinking
