Regional Sales Manager Switzerland and France (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for the CH–FR region
- Further expand and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Design customer retention strategies based on market analysis to support informed decision-making
- Acquire new clients, conduct sales negotiations, and monitor sales and revenue performance
- Take ownership of strategic goals with key accounts, focusing on revenue, sales, and profitability targets
- Promote active collaboration with all relevant departments regarding products, market trends, and opportunities
- Regular travel within the CH–FR sales territory (approx. 50%)
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Profile
- Completed commercial training and/or degree in business administration
- Solid professional experience in the CH–FR sales region and strong understanding of sales project management
- Confident negotiation skills and a strong service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a hunter mindset
- Professional demeanor, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking
- Affinity for the luxury and premium industry
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent in German, English, and French (spoken and written)
- Basic technical understanding and analytical thinking
